the ReFab Diaries: antiques
Showing posts with label antiques

There are plenty of places to purchase antiques. Flea markets, online shops, and storefronts are a few options. But if you're in the market for quality antiques (versus vintage bargains), how do you know you’re getting what you pay for? What if the store sells inauthentic items? Take the guesswork out of buying quality antiques by purchasing from these places.

There are several antique "Malls" on the north side of Chicago (Broadway & Granville) that I love to browse (on the rare occasion when browsing can be considered a valid way to spend time!). They specialize in mid-century stuff and later ... it's all very mod and very colorful. I thought I'd share some pics from the last time I was there.
