Upcycle: Pop can geometry! | the ReFab Diaries




A little more aluminum / soda-can bling for you!  This simple, geometric piece was easy and quick to make. Here's how:





First, for details on working with aluminum cans (and the list of things you need), please see this earlier tutorial. To create a piece using color from both sides, you need to cut two squares (the same size) then cut, flip and align them to create the asymmetrical result. Make the holes so they line up.


Add dimensional magic and wait!


Join the pieces with jump hoops and...


Voila!
